Numbers in teal tell you how valuable that patch is to me - 10 being a great patch (worth at least 3 "common" patches or another great patch in return) and 1 being a patch I don't expect to get much for.

A "5" rated patch is what I would call a "common" - something that most people could get easily and wouldn't get excited about.
